Hotwire Update

Good afternoon, I apologize in the delay of this update!

For the most recent outage that occurred on July 30th we will be Crediting the community by giving all the residents 6 Months of free showtime.

As of Today 8/15, we have activated the promo that gives all the residents Grand Oaks Free Showtime for 6 months starting on August 15th.

We are still working on providing a back up circuit to the community to avoid future outages, and I will reach out later with an update on that.
